What if I wish to DECLINE travel insurance?

When you receive your rental agreement, travel insurance at 7% of your total rate will be included. If you wish to decline, simply sign the line that states, “if you wish to DECLINE optional travel insurance at 7%, please sign here”. Please be sure to sign on this line if you do not wish to add travel insurance to your reservation as once travel insurance is accepted it can not be reversed.

Is the travel insurance taxable?

No, travel insurance is not taxable.

Is the accident damage protection plan optional?

The accident damage protection plan is not optional.

What credit cards do we accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

How do I pick up my keys when the office is closed?

In the event that you arrive after hours, your check in packet will be in our lockbox as long as your balance is zero. The lock box is located on the wall to the left of the front door. The lock box code will be included in your rental agreement.

What is provided with the rental?

Linens are provided for all units. However, beach chairs, hairdryers, and beach towels are not provided.

When can I rent for less than a week?

You can rent for less than a week anytime between the beginning of September and the end of May. Some homes or condos may be available to rent for less than a week during the summer. Contact our office for more information.

Is daily maid service included in our rental?

Daily maid service is not included with your rental. If you wish to add this service for an additional fee, please let us know and we will make arrangements.

What is due at the time of reservation?

We require a valid credit card to guarantee the reservation, which is used in lieu of a security deposit. Once your reservation has been made, a rental agreement will be sent to you. A deposit of 40% of the total cost is required and must be received with your rental agreement within 14 days from the date of booking.

Can I check in early and/or check out late?

We understand that you are anxious to start your vacation and find it hard to leave, but to provide the quality service that you expect; both the cleaners and our inspectors do need time to service all rentals between guests. Our check in policy of 3:00 p.m. and check out of 10:00 a.m., is designed to give both the cleaners and our inspectors a chance to make your stay with us a memorable one. A late checkout or early check in may result in an additional charge.

What amenities are provided in our home/condo upon check in?

A starter supply of cleaning products is provided in each unit including:

 Homes or Condos with 4 or More Bedrooms:

  • 1 roll of paper towels
  • 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
  • 2 boxes of powder dish detergent
  • 2 boxes of liquid dish detergent
  • 2 boxes of laundry detergent
  • 2 trash bags
  • 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion, 1 facial soap, 1 deodorant soap per bathroom (1 deodorant soap for half baths)

 

 Homes or Condos with Less than 4 Bedrooms:

  • 1 roll of paper towels
  • 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
  • 1 box of powder dish detergent
  • 1 box of liquid dish detergent
  • 1 box of laundry detergent
  • 2 trash bags
  • 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion, 1 facial soap, 1 deodorant soap per bathroom (1 deodorant soap for half baths)
