****VERY IMPORTANT – Exterior Building Improvements – The Sea Dunes complex is nearing completion of a mandatory exterior renovation project; however, construction remains active onsite and is expected to continue through the end of October (weather permitting; delays are possible). Remaining work primarily includes tile work on the ground level and exterior painting on the non-oceanfront side of the building. Guests should expect construction workers and equipment onsite during daytime hours, including lifts and other machinery. There may be intermittent construction noise from tile work and other remaining work, as well as equipment and lift noise, including periodic beeping. While the most disruptive phases of the project have been completed, Sea Dunes remains an active construction site, and the location and level of activity may vary from day to day. Construction conditions are outside of our control. Rental rates reflect the ongoing construction conditions at the property.

Sliding glass doors provide access to the private balcony which features a dining table with seating for four overlooking the white sand beach and sparkling blue waves. What a beautiful setting for al fresco dining! A powder room is conveniently located just off the living area as well.
The main level open floor plan includes the living, dining and kitchen as one great room which allows striking views to be enjoyed from every angle! Finishes in the updated gourmet kitchen include granite countertops, tile backsplash and brand-new stainless-steel appliances. Guests will find everything needed to enjoy an evening of cooking at home. The adjoining dining area has a glass topped table with seating for six.
Three bedrooms are located just up the stairs from the foyer. Wake up with the sunrise in the stunning master bedroom suite which is outfitted with a king bed and white cottage-style furniture. The artfully redesigned full bath includes a sparkling tiled walk-in shower, generously sized quartz topped double sink vanity and even more spectacular ocean views!
Bedrooms two and three have Westerly views of the Intracoastal Waterway and the lush tree canopy of Amelia Island. The attached bath features a combination bathtub shower. The third bedroom is home to another king bed, a flat screen smart TV as well as an attached full bathroom with tiled walk-in shower. A laundry room with full sized washer and dryer is also on the bedroom level.
This spectacular penthouse villa is directly oceanfront and only steps from the beautiful shore! A quick 2-minute stroll leads to the huge Sea Dunes pool deck where you can bask in the sun or take a refreshing dip! While staying in this luxury vacation condo, guests can visit the Omni Amelia Island Resort Hotel to enjoy a glass of wine or a meal at one of the many restaurants on property. Visit Amelia Wheels to rent bikes for a ride through the many trails, take a stroll down to the shops and restaurants, play mini golf at Heron’s Cove, or rejuvenate at the Resort spa. So many choices and no wrong answer! Guests staying in this villa also have access to double tennis courts and pickle ball courts just across the street.
