Walking up the cobblestone path and through the front door, the first level boasts a master suite with a king sized bed, flat screen smart TV, as well as an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom on this level features 2 sets of 3 tiered twin bunk beds totaling 6 beds in all. This room is perfect for kids and includes a flat screen smart TV, 2 plush bean bags, and access to the first floor patio. The final bedroom on this level hosts a queen bed, a large flat screen smart TV, as well as access to the first floor patio. Another full bathroom sits off of the hall for use by both the twin and queen bedrooms. This level has it’s own laundry area conveniently located in the hall closet.

Take the stairs up to the main living area where you’ll find a spacious open floor plan with the living room, dining room, and kitchen all part of one great room. The gourmet kitchen with stunning quartz countertops is fully stocked and equipped with luxury Bosch appliances such as a gas stovetop, and double ovens. Bar seating for 4 guests plus a custom wooden table and 10 wicker dining chairs provide ample seating for all. The living area leaves nothing to be desired. 2 plush grey toned sofas sit facing each other with a third full size sleeper sofa facing the large flat screen smart TV. A cozy electric fireplace gives the perfect ambiance for enjoying a family movie after a fun day on the beach.  A half bath is located just off the kitchen. Walking through the french doors just off of the living area you’ll find the large covered balcony, perfect for outdoor dinners as it host a table with seating for 4. Sip your morning coffee as you watch the sun rise over the Atlantic Ocean from this gorgeous terrace. 

Another master suite sits off the dining room and boasts a beautiful bamboo framed king size bed with matching nightstands and chest of drawers. The en suite bathroom provides a double vanity with dazzling quartz countertops, a free standing soaking tub, a glass-enclosed walk in shower, and a private water closet. 

A spacious back yard makes this luxurious home perfect for walking pets that are also part of the family. The downstairs patio offers seating for 4 and overlooks the back yard. The beach access for the property is conveniently located directly across the street and just a two minute walk will take you to the water’s edge. Garage access is also provided for two vehicles. A gas grill is stored in the garage for guests use! This house is also equipped with a generator to prevent power outages from any storms.
