The project is over halfway complete, and current work is in a slightly less disruptive phase compared to earlier stages although noise is still expected at times. Guests may notice occasional weekday activity such as noise, equipment, or dust between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM, Monday–Friday. No work occurs on weekends. Rates have been adjusted accordingly during this period.

The master bedroom is furnished with a wood framed king size bed and offers gorgeous ocean views with another set of sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. A matching chest of drawers, double nightstands, and desk area with a Samsung monitor are also provided along with a flat screen television and Firestick. The en suite bathroom is fully updated with crisp white tones, board and batten trim, a double vanity and a freshly tiled walk in shower. The laundry area is conveniently located in this area as well.
