1043 South Fletcher Description
The Round House is a unique Amelia Island vacation home located at 1043 South Fletcher just across the street from the ocean’s edge! This property can accommodate up to 12 guests with four bedrooms and three full bathrooms plus two Queen sleeper sofas. Guests will also appreciate having two kitchens and two living rooms. And who wouldn’t love to have front row seats on the large balcony to enjoy beautiful sunrises over the ocean?
Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located at ground level along with the smaller kitchen and living area. The master suite, main living area and kitchen are upstairs on the second level.
This home has been recently upgraded with new flooring, interior and exterior paint, and wall mounted TVs throughout. Beach Access #10-S is conveniently located across from the street (See Photos). Our Gopher Tortoise, Terri, resides onsite in the front yard. Please do not touch!

This property is NOT equipped with beach items such as chairs, toys, coolers, wagons, or umbrellas. We do supply beach towels and often times beach items do get left on the property from previous guests. We cannot ensure how many items will be available during your stay, as this is always subject to change.
