The association is actively working to resolve the problem and is aiming to have the amenities reopened by mid-April; however, the timeline may extend depending on the scope of the repairs. Please note that this work is being managed entirely by the association, and the schedule is outside of our control. Rates have been adjusted accordingly to reflect this temporary closure, and we truly appreciate your understanding while this is being addressed.
Walking through the front door at 415 Ocean Park you will experience the beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean will immediately take your breath away. Painted a tranquil shade of blue, and adorned with many coastal decor elements throughout, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse creates the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation getaway!
