****VERY IMPORTANT – Exterior Building Improvements- The building is undergoing exterior improvements through April 2026 weather permitting. The project is over halfway complete, and current work is in a slightly less disruptive phase compared to earlier stages although noise is still expected at times. Guests may notice occasional weekday activity such as noise, equipment, or dust between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM, Monday–Friday. No work occurs on weekends. Rates have been adjusted accordingly during this period.

At 105 Amelia By the Sea this coastal retreat has all of the comforts of home mixed with the luxury of island living.Walking through the front door, the magnificent oceanfront views will immediately take your breath away. The kitchen, dining and living area are all conveniently situated in an open floor plan overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The fully equipped luxury kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, stunning granite countertops, and a decorative white subway tiled backsplash. The kitchen opens up into the dining area with a large wooden farmhouse table complete with seating for six guests. Adjacent to the table sits a bar stool area with seating for three. The living area is beautifully furnished with a cream-colored sofa and loveseat all centered around an oversized flat screen television. Coastal blues and tans adorn this beautiful room creating a serene ambience.
Through the sliders sits the covered patio furnished with a high-top table with seating for four as well as two comfy wicker chairs. The large community pool sits directly in front of this ground floor villa giving it an unparalleled view of the entire pool as well as the ocean. Walk directly off of the back porch right to the pool or straight down the boardwalk to the beach!
The Master bedroom is just off of the living area and includes a king bed, a flat screen TV, and a private bathroom with a tiled shower. The master is beautifully appointed with coastal décor complete with an ocean view and sliding glass doors connecting it to the outdoor patio.
The second guest bedroom across the living area is equipped with two full beds. The third bedroom features a queen size bed and a flat screen TV. Both bedrooms have access to the second bathroom right across the hall.
Amelia by the Sea offers an array of amenities. Well known for it’s exclusive private fishing pier, Amelia by the Sea is host to the only pier on the entire island. In addition there is a large community pool, two tennis courts, and a wonderful outdoor dining and grilling area with a beautiful views!
