Any exterior construction directly impacting this unit's building will be minor (painting, caulking, cosmetic touch-ups) and will be completed by early June 2026. Construction on other areas of the Ocean Place property is anticipated to continue through September 2026. The South pool (closet to this unit) at Ocean Place is open and will continue to be open throughout the construction process. The North pool will be temporarily tarped/closed in early April 2026, but is anticipated to re-open sometime in August. Rates have been adjusted to reflect these conditions, and interiors are spotless, fully refreshed and 100% guest ready.
